Mega good weather today. This is really the kind a weather I prefer to have all the time. Maybe I have to consider a future career abroad. Made a decision about my work today. Career oppurtunities laying in front of me, who knows…

Had lunch outside @ the Amsterdamse Poort. Difficult to go inside again. This part of the city is really booming, esp. in the summer during lunch breaks. Don’t want to walk there in the evening though. Walked wednesday just outside the shopping-area, in the opposite direction of the office-area. Within minutes we were surrounded by junks, hanging around in the streets, sitting in boxes etc. Realy scary. I’m used to this kind of people in some areas of the city, didn’t realise though that it was so close to my work. Weird to see actually that there we’re standing these ‘stadswachten’ (street-guards) near them. Looked like they made sure these people didn’t enter the shopping center the Amsterdamse Poort.

At home, went quickly running. Running was great, beautiful sunny, a light cool breeze. I ran 44 minutes (1 rabbit) without any stops. Felt really really good afterwards and still now some 3 houres later. Feel my muscles again.

Happy that I discovered this newsgroup news:newszilla.xs4all.nl This server is packed with music files… got yesterday a nice Kuder and Dorfmeister CD there. With Newsgrabber it’s going very well.
