Today was a beautiful day. Cold but with a wonderful sky. Partially blue, with some clouds. And it’s getting cold… I like this weather.

Went to the Lancaster Monument Houtrakpolder to make a picture and decided to take a walk on the beach. It’s zo great to be there… it’s one of the best place to unwind from a hectic week at work. Made some great pics too.

On my way back, I didn’t manage to open my car. The door handle didnt wnat to move… finally I managed to get in through the back, opening onde door in the back. Getting the front door opened (this lock was already broken for a long time, grr vandals..) and get in. Went directly to the Nefkens Peugeot dealer to have it fixed. Well if you have time you can wait they told me… and I waited there… Had a look around in the showroom.. they have some nice 206 en 306’s standing there. Maybe I have to consider selling mine next year. After an houre waiting I heard that they couldn’t fixe it. They didn’t have a door handle in stock… Hmmm. So, I tried to be nice… it’s always so busy there, so I already had to be happy that they wanted to help me anyhow. Made an appointment to have it all fixed (handle and locks) next thursday.

Tonight I’ll go to the De Nederlandse Opera . L’elisir d’amore from Gaetano Donizetti (1797 – 1848) will be the opera. Looking forard to it. According to the music fragment ( mp3 or  rm ) I heard, it must be quite worthwhile.
