Last week I send an e-mail to my phone company KPN Telecom to have my adress in their Telefoongids corrected ( read what had happened before …).
First I got a standard reply that they had received my complaint (after 2 day’s). Then I got an e-mail that my complaint was forwarded to KPN Telemedia, the company that handles the books and the files… This evening I got a reply from Telemedia that according to their information I am a client from UPC, and not the KPN… ha ha ha ha…. So, I should contact UPC…. ha ha ha ha.
Well, I’m know with which phone-company I am connected with. Had to much problems with UPC and left their after one year… So, I asked them to give me back my money from the last 20 months… since I’m not their client….
We’ll wait what will happen now…
Today it is mega cold outside, minus 10 celcius. Tomorrow the first open-air skate marathon will be held in Groningen.
