foam ‘dutchdelight’

Went this afternoon to the last thursday opened Photography Museum Amsterdam, foam . In their wonderfull space at the Keizersgracht, they have a very nice exhibit called ‘dutchdelight’.
This exhibit with work from 21 dutch photographers has as central theme the specific Dutch light, as an inspiring, unpredictable and changeable factor as the Dutch weather is.
Beautifull old black-and-white photo’s from George H. Breitner, Kees Scherer , Johan van der Keuken and Pieter Oosterhuis (famous for his industrial photography of bridges from 1885) till huge high res. photo’s from Diana Mankhorst, Bob van Dam, Elspeth Diederixs , Raimond Wouda , Paul Kooiker, Wijnanda Deroo and Bert Teunissen.
A must go if you are in the neighbourhood of Amsterdam!
