crown
running went very well, ran almost 35 minutes, spotted one very small rabbit, still not at the regular place.
later at dinner, I suddenly had something hard in my mouth, my crown / kroon fell out of my tooth. not happy about it, have to wait at least till monday to have it fixed. doesn’t hurt so far, bur feels very weird. strange that something like this suddely can happen, i visted my dentist 10 day’s ago, he even made some pics from my teeth, didn’t see anything. hope I can have it replaced next mondy or tuesday, althought my schedule is very tight next week. my crown feels heavy and big when i have it in my hand, good thing i didn’t swallow it, it’s a gold one…
