Worked hard today, went sporting after work around quarter to six… planned to go earlier, but a colleague called to mention he had fixed a huge bug with the intraday application.

For the insiders; the daily datadump has been fixed, one little programming error, a array with 30 posistions starts with position 0 and ends with 29, not 30. The second was a change in the source because the stockmarkets (Euronext) is now longer open. A little change in the source made it possible. So, soon the tickertape will be available all day. So often you plan to leave your work when one last phonecall rings and one houre you’r still ‘working’.

So, I went to fitness, started the fifth level, more heavy machine, ran for 20 minutes (inside is tough), and was completely broken afterwards. Left a bit after 7 work.

Took the metro to Centraal Station and it started raining a bit. At 20 past 7 I started waiting for my bus to take me home. I waited, waited, waited and waited. Busses came and went, but not mine (and 100 other persons). Everyone started to become annoyed. At 5 past 8, I decided to walk home. It hardly rained then.

Hoping that once I started walking, the bus would come and I could return. Well N O T this time. So I walked from the PrinsHendrikkade to the Haarlemmerstraat, Prinsegracht, Westerstraat, FrederikHendrikPlantsoen to my house at DC. Through heavy rain, I was sooked, completely wet… Rain came through my umbrella. I walked for almost 30 minutes to arrive at home around 20:35 o’clock…

At these moment you think back of the days when the sun was shining and I biked home in 30 minutes… Diner will be something from the freezer today. I have done enough. More than enough today. I’ll go in standby mode this evening.
